The postcard pictured on the left detailed the creative solutions used to get a loan for prospective homebuyers. I also provided the illustrations for this layout.

An alternate, unused postcard concept/layout can be seen above. The smoke coming out of the scientist's beaker was deemed too frightening and the pink, goopy dollar-sign (pictured in final version at the top of this page) was used instead.
